With professional advice and exceptional customer service, the Hearing Health team will help you through each stage of the process to better hearing.

You will meet with our hearing aids specialist who will conduct the following:
+Interview to discuss your hearing
+Review situations where you may experience hearing difficulties
+Examination of each ear
+Complete hearing evaluation

Following the consultation, hearing aids specialist will provide you with recommendations. Their suggestions will take the following into account:
+Your hearing evaluation results
+Your lifestyle
+Your hearing aid style and technology preference

If you decide to proceed with hearing aids:
+Impressions of your ears will be taken
+A fitting appointment will be scheduled within two weeks of the hearing aid order

At your hearing aid fitting, the hearing aids specialist or hearing instrument practitioner will go through the following:
+Check overall comfort and cosmetics of the hearing aids
+Set the hearing aids to a comfortable volume and verify sound quality
+Instruct you on use and care of your hearing aids
+Discuss a hearing aid use schedule to get you started
+A hearing aid fitting follow-up appointment with the hearing aids specialist will be booked at this time

You will have the opportunity to discuss the following with the hearing aids specialist:
+Your experience with the hearing aids in different listening situations
+Whether your objectives with the hearing aids have been met
+The hearing aids specialist will fine tune the hearing aids to improve your hearing aid experience, if required
+The hearing aids specialist will provide education and counseling, if required
+Future service will be provided as required to ensure the hearing aids continue to meet your goals and objectives

Hearing Health is a registered vendor with the Ontario Ministry of Health and a registered provider for Veterans Affairs Canada (Formerly DVA) and WSIB. Ontario residents may qualify for financial assistance through the Assistive Devices Program.
