Last month I went to my current service provider to buy some ear buds for my hearing aids. They gave me the wrong type. I put them on my hearing aid and when I took the aids of, the ear buds were no longer attached. I thought they had fallen off onto the floor. The next day I went to my family doctor to check to see if they were still in my ear canal. He wasn’t able to see anything. In he meantime, my hearing loss increased. I went to see Max who immediately began to do an examination and cleaning. I didn’t mention right away about my suspicions about the missing ear buds but he saw something unusual. I then told him about what had happened previously, and sure enough upon further examination and after a few minutes time, he pulled a bud out of my ear canal. It had been there for about a week. Upon checking my other ear, he found another bud in that ear as well. Even after my family doctor missed seeing the buds on my two visits, Max didn’t miss a thing. I am so appreciative and thankful to Max for his efficient, professional and caring work. He saved me from possible ear damage, infection and other complications.
